Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 8, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FollowUpStock's inventory and fulfillment management platform (the "Service").
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Who we are
FollowUpStock is an inventory and fulfillment management platform built for prep centers and the Amazon sellers they serve. It is currently operated by Martín Zárate as an individual, doing business as "FollowUpStock", pending incorporation of a formal legal entity.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your password secure.
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by staff or client users you invite into your organization.
- The Service is intended for business use by prep center operators and the Amazon sellers they work with, not for personal or household use.
3. Two account types
The Service supports two kinds of accounts: a "Prep Center / 3PL" account, for a business that operates a fulfillment or prep center, and a "Reseller Client" account, for an Amazon seller who works with one or more prep centers on the platform. Each has its own onboarding flow and set of permissions, described in more detail once you sign up.
4. Free trial and subscription plans
New Prep Center accounts get a free trial period, currently 2 months, with no credit card required to start it. We may change the length or terms of the trial at any time — the offer shown at signup applies to the account you create at that moment.
After the trial ends, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription plan. Plan pricing, limits, and included modules are shown in the Service before you're asked to pay for anything.
We may change our prices going forward, but we won't change what you already paid for a period you've already been billed for.
5. Fees, billing, and cancellation
Once you're on a paid plan, fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time.
If a payment fails and isn't resolved, we may suspend access to paid features until it's resolved.
6. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service to store or process data you don't have the right to store or process.
- Don't try to bypass the Service's access controls, or access data belonging to another organization or client you're not authorized to see.
- Don't use the Service to violate Amazon's own policies for your Seller Central account — you're responsible for your own compliance with Amazon's terms.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
7. Your data and multi-tenant access
You own the business data you enter into the Service (inventory records, work orders, client information, and similar). We process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is multi-tenant: a prep center's staff can see the data of the clients they serve, but one client can never see another client's data. You're responsible for managing who on your side has staff-level access.
8. Amazon integration
If you connect an Amazon Seller Central account, you authorize us to access certain Seller Central data on your behalf through Amazon's Selling Partner API, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect that access at any time from within the Service.
9. Intellectual property
We own the Service itself — its software, design, and branding. These Terms don't transfer any of that to you; you get a limited right to use the Service for your business while your account is active and in good standing.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, or that we reasonably believe puts other users' data at risk.
If your account is terminated, Section 8 of our Privacy Policy describes what happens to Amazon-connected data; other account data is retained as described there.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
